The ordering process was easy & it took quite sometime to receive my order. However, I received constant updates which made tracking easy. THEY DO NOT TAKE RETURNS UNLESS THE ITEM IS BROKEN. .....OR......THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK IF YOU PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO CHINA, ........HERE IS THE KICKER, THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE IN THE MIDWEST. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Who in their right mind is going to pay shipping back to China? How convenient for them pretty darn SLICK HUH? THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL IN THE UNITED STATES PERIOD!!
What products ordered I and received two of exact piece. Stones looked artificial. Earrings looked fake and wedding ring stone fell out shortly, as in an hour. The other pair of earrings(2 pair) fake and the earrings also. Thought I had ordered a necklace did not arrive.
I purchased 2 separate orders. Three items each. One order came in. The order is still pending. Sayabling charged me twice. One through PayPal and also through my credit card. I am now trying to ship two items back and have yet to hear back from Sayabling regarding a refund. I am going to send them 120 emails to see if they will respond. If you are beguiled by the gorgeous jewelry please proceed with CAUTION!!!!
