What's the email where I can contact YOU??I purchased my bracelets December 5th 2024 I asked your company if it would be delivered Before Christmas and I was informed that it would very definitely be. I also informed your company that I will be out of the country January 1st 2025 and will not return till April. This information was given to you people before I placed the order and now I have waited and I've not received your product. I was told that it's coming and then finally it says that it's in Canada after my departure . . however I'm not there to receive it. I was informed that they needed more information to send the products! You have all my details when I paid you the money! What good is that to me now?? I doubt that the product will be sitting on my porch when I return in April !! Then you guys proceeded to give me a contact number which is invalid or it doesn't work because I've tried calling them left messages nobody's returning my calls. And now I have asked for a refund and you people are not refunding my money.. in fact no one is responding to my request. You think this is ethical Behavior for a business??!
The only thing I would like to see is when I see a summary of what I purchased, I would like to see a picture of the item. That way I don't have to keep going into your website to look at it, while I am waiting to receive it. Thanks.
I had orders before with no real issues , I ordered again recently and my package was apparently delivered by Fast Horse Express and they delivered it to the wrong address, not even on my street. I have no idea where my package is and they won’t respond to any of my emails, the courier won’t respond either. It’s been nearly 2 weeks. This is a huge scam. Don’t buy from them.
Your Customer Service does not follow up on emails. In October 2024 I bought a pair of earrings (SKU #BM-DR-006) for my niece's birthday; I couldn't give them to my niece, as they arrived broken. I asked my money back; your Customer Service offered to send me a pair of earrings I want; I paid the difference in price to receive the earrings I want: SKU# BM-SY-530. In the shipping document that I received is included the previous pair of earrings. I sent message to stop the shipping of the wrong item. I am very unhappy with the services provided by Sayabling.
The photo they have on their website looks nothing like the earrings that they sent me. They made a cheap knock off of a German jeweler's design and used the German photograph. They also charged me for two pairs and only sent one pair. I am still arguing with customer service. Edited to add that I was refunded for the overcharge. I can return the earrings that I received but I have to pay return postage to China.The fact remains that customers do not receive the jewelry that is pictured.
