This is what they ask you:> Some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients;> Photos of your office;> Canceling orders when requested;> Records of successful transactions/receivables (maybe a chain of email correspondence with your clients);> Other details from the marinepilotage.com ecosystem that would show that you are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records - with the name of this particular company, not another).> Your personal profile on LinkedIn or other social media channels. Most of this info asked, they have not shared with us on their own website, and they rate them selves 100/100? This website is woke and dishonest. It scores CNN top honors for being trustworthy, and degrades Fox News. For a small businesses, it scares customers away just because of their size. It lies about phishing activity on my site, even though for 10 years, I've never had 1 outbound email originate from my website. Lies. Scare tactics to make itself sound useful and relevant. Scam Detector site itself is a Scam. If the FBI is reading this, please investigate the SLANDER SITE.
My partner owns a small retail company which we have been building since 2021. People are posting the link to this scam website which has given our company a low score, claiming inaccurate and little information about our company. We had a customer post the scam website link on one of our facebook ads, advising people to “do their research” - with the website giving our company a high scam rate.Growing a small business and trying to expand it is really challenging when there are websites like this falsely accusing us of being scammers. We have scam/security alerts on our system to make sure people do not use stolen cards, we have alerts of contradicting data when orders are placed, we post out within 1-2 business days and have pride in our work and what we provide. We work extremely hard to ensure we provide the best quality, new designs and customer service. This website just diminishes small businesses because it lacks information.
Scam Detector has provided a baseless review of our website. The website has no listed evidence or arguments that may point to the website being accused of a scam or missing relevant business data.It is high time that these websites dedicate themselves to accurate research rather than blatant defamation.
I recently contacted Scam Detector regarding the trust score for our website, Automotix.net. I was initially concerned about the rating, but the team, and Selma in particular, were incredibly responsive and helpful.Selma clearly outlined their process and was very understanding of my concerns. After I provided supporting documentation, they promptly reviewed it and adjusted the score. The communication with Selma was clear, and the instructions for seeing the updated score were accurate. It's reassuring to know that Scam Detector has a process in place for domain owners to address their ratings and that they genuinely care about accuracy. Thank you, Scam Detector, and especially Selma, for your efficient and professional service!
I checked my e-commerce website and it gives me a score of 17/100. I was trying to get a detailed explanation on how to improve my score, but they were trying to sell something in the results page. The results also told people to stay away from my site as if its terrible, yet when I have customers, I always treat them with the same respect and honour my public terms and conditions. and I have never had a single chargeback against me. so i don't know how my website is considered dangerous. This company shouldn't exist if they wish to make up stuff without a valid explanation. They also didn't describe my site properly either.
