Review Time
I have utilized this site for reviews on multiple companies, most recently today. I have also noticed a pattern in which they give sites a low score indicating they are a risk to users, but if you look at the details of their analysis, there is no reason for the site to receive a low score. By their own criteria, the site has passed and should be listed as safe for users, but they score it low and label it risky anyway. This is definitely a deceitful business practice and actually a scam in and of itself! They offer services and assistance for companies to improve their scores on the site. That means they are giving sites low scores and calling them risky even though there is no valid reason to do so according to their own data, and then charging those companies a fee to improve their score on the site! Sounds like the mob extorting "protection" money out of businesses except instead of protection this is reputation and trustworthiness they are paying to regain. Loss of either or both will prohibit a new, small company from being able to grow and gain consumer trust. Unless they first pay the scam artists at scam-detector.com to improve their score.
Scam-Detector.com is engaging in deceptive practices, exploiting both new, legitimate businesses and unsuspecting visitors. They use scare tactics to manipulate users into purchasing subscriptions, falsely labeling genuine websites as potential scams. This is a predatory scheme designed to profit from fear and misinformation. Here is their scam message on their website scam-detector.com involving a 'hidden' subscription (making money off visitor's fear they themselves created! ) Note: they will probably remove it after they read all these bad reviews about them and find another tactic to get payment from people using their 'scare tactics' : How To Remove Your Information From the InternetWhether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse. We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data. Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. That page is not a scam-detector, they are scammers themselves. They give a lot of websites a low rating and then blackmail them into paying money so that your page won't appear there. I have reported them to Google.I specifically entered several pages there that I know 100% are not scammers, but they show that they are.
I was just informed by a friend that my web page is listed as a high risk scam by an app 'Scam Detector Validator'. It ranks my web page as very low ranking of 13.4/100.These people don't even know me or my business and criticise me. I have had a good reputation in the shipping industry for many years.I believe it is an attempt to drag people into some form of scam so I would advise that all should ignore and avoid it like the plague!Mike Wall
The Information they are Publishing is NOT Cross Checked and NOT based on Real Facts.- This is an affiliate business website, trying to sell products through clicks. -They Publish Very Poor Ratings on Genuine Businesses to get more Clicks on their advertising at the Cost of Damage to Genuine Businesses. -Our businesses have nearly straight full 5 star verifiable feedback from our clients, they do not check that. -Just run a not human checked AI bot over your website and judge your businesses poorly, making prospects new clients doubt!-If you contact them, they ask you to send evidence, to get your "bad rating" removed, this is the other way around, damage is done to your business before any checks are done by them neither been confirmed!-They should properly check whatever they are publishing and make public, they shoot blanks scaring people, which is very concerning, conducting a business like this!-Why rate businesses poor, whilst not doing cross checks, this is Very Concerning and Damaging the Good! They should contact Businesses what they are doing behind the businesses back, you can't judge without checking references properly and you certainly can't publish poor information on businesses you don't know anything about, didn't cross check, and force businesses to send evidence to clean out the bad score published by you wrongly and on beforehand!-Excluded the real scammers you caught, of course!-You can't run a standard uncontrolled AI scanner checks on businesses, and make them look negative, Not human checked, but judged. -Not cross checked information, of businesses you do not know, on autopilot, generate negative ratings in public, we believe is Not a proper business model!
Be Alerted ! As a multiple business owner since 1990, I verified all our domains through this app. We are Recognized and Accredited by Reputable Third Parties, seems to be that this app doesn't care or check more than a random AI-bot scan of someone's website. They want to collect your Information for a better ranking on their site, they publish you in a low ranking so that you contact them to trade your vulnerable Data, what a nonsense is this? What a shame on you scamdetector app, not a single domain of ours was rated higher than 40%, this is ridiculously low.Actually this is Alarming for Well Established Businesses with a 4.8 stars client reputation. They damage you on beforehand by not communicating and not proper checked Information. Even the Domains we hold that NOT actually have a Live Website, we just hold these to protect our own Business Names from Pirating. These Domain have Very Poor ratings too, <30/100, Domains who not have a website connected, can you imagine, this should not be possible at all!? We became even more curious after checking ourselves, we checked our competition and other well reputable brands, and guess what?? None of them had 100/100 rating on this website, the best where around 50-60/100. This Made us scratch on our heads and dig a little deeper.Basically what companies like this do, is try and gather your information in a bit sneaky way, your information is none of their business, who are they, do they identify themselves to you, are they selling the free collected info, your information to other Affiliate Marketeers? Are they just Internet Cowboys who make money with affiliate links and collecting information (only god knows what they really do with your information), fxce bxxk had to pay $263million and Euro1.2Billion in fines, breaching data in the past. And we should send our vulnerable data to "unknown consumer protectors" to crank up our rating on their website?New Customers and Clients can check credibility of companies in many ways, and better not use sites like this, No Fact checking scanners like these! Only the companies who send info get 100% rating immediately, does that not sound a little.......For us, a website like this has RED ALERT ! Ask yourself what stranger website company, who is Not buying any of your products and has No Business with you, collects your information based on a bad rating, created by themself, and not fact checked by anyone else, without permission, and on beforehand. We think that this is illegal btw. One can't make negative or poor publicity about someone else businesses without fact checking and consulting the business in question, expose to third parties, right! What are your thoughts after reading our review, make Sense to you all?
This site is using deceitful practices by giving many new or smaller businesses a very low score, then requesting these business to pay a certain amount of money to be removed from this list.I am not sure how this can be legal?Just an additional side note: If your store is showing up on this page, you might want to submit a complaint to Google: How do I complain about a website to Google? We take inappropriate content seriouslySelect the Google product where the content you are reporting appears.Select the reason you wish to report content.Once you reach the correct webform, please include the specific URL(s) of the content you want to report, as opposed to the link to the website's home page.
