Very easy exchanges or returns

Had to exchange the size of one if my returned items (already shipped), and the Customer Service (Kelsey) employees make it so much easier and super fast via chat/email/phone call. It helps me to purchase Scottevest items with the assurance and confidence that I can always exchange it if the size does not fit right, with no issues.This is especially important since you cant just try them on before the purchase like you can do that at the store.
