Review Time
I'm reviewing Kelsey at ScotteVEST. She went above and beyond to help me out when 2 of my jackets did not fit. I ordered a medium and it was just not sized like a medium and I couldn't lift my arms. Then I got a large in the same jacket and it was like wearing a man's jacket. Not wanting to pay to ship the jacket back a 2nd time on my own dime, Kelsey fought for me and they are taking care of the shipping. So if I was reviewing the jacket (women's standard jacket - I'd give it a 2 for sizing). But if I'm rating customer service - Kelsey gets a 5+. By the way, I've recommended this company to 3 other people and they all love their jackets. I just didn't happen to find a fit for me.
Exceptional service and products. Scottevest never disappoints. They are well designed and made of high quality materials so they last a long time. Along with great products, the company offers superior service. Sara from Customer Service has helped me at least a few times and she's outstanding, professional and patient in answering all my concerns and knows the products well. I always hang up the phone feeling exceptionally pleased with her help and service.
Not for me, but shirt was well made. I had issues reaching the side pocket while wearing to open and get my stuff. I needed a refund and Kelsey had no problem issuing the RMA number and issuing the refund. If you think the shirt is a good idea, try it and see.
