I love this company-products and customer service. Kelsey was awesome in helping me out with a jacket that was too large. End of story is that I gave it to my daughter-in-law and purchased another for myself. I travel often, always wearing one of my products on the plane to keep phone, passport, etc close to me. I placed an order this morning as a gift, and found out this afternoon that the gift was not ideal. No Worries, as Maggie led me seamlessly through a chat session to fix this issue! Maggie was helpful and human, which is a wonderful thing in the age of help running their 'scripts', unable to think an original thought, and being less than helpful. I love the Scotte product, have ordered it in the past, will order it in the future, and their customer service (as evidenced via MaggieChat) only adds to my enthusiasm for this company!
Who had THE best support agent? This girl! Sarah is ridiculously awesome and helpful and friendly and she has an adorable dog. At least he looks like it from the thumbnail. I was having kind of a crappy day but Sarah made me smile. I haven't had a bad experience yet with customer service. Truthfully haven't really needed it often, but it's good to know people like Sarah work there and can help me out! Thank you thank you thank you! Can't wait for my Frost Chloe Glow to get here!
Ethan gave me great service when I had called. He was very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable when talking with him over the phone when others have troubles understanding my accent. Thank you Ethan for your patiense and help!
I have had my first shopping experience. Kelsey chatted with me to help my check out experience. I was thrilled that Kelsey helped me get a 20% discount when a PROMO code did not work for me.
