What can I say! I love ScotteVest! My latest purchase makes my third product from the company...one for each season. Since I travel several times a year I find the multiple pockets invaluable...especially when going through TSA. I dump everything into my ScotteVest and then dump the ScotteVest into the bucket and vola! I'm through security without having to undress. Once through I pick-up my ScotteVest, put it on, and am on my way with all me belongings intact.Also, the people at ScotteVest are GREAT, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE and good all around folks. They are a pleasure to talk to and deal with. If you talk to Sarah tell her I said "hi."
I would like to share my recent experience of Scottevest customer service.I have been a customer of Scottevest for the past ten (10) years. Quite recently when I clicked on to my emails from Scottevest or I went to their website I found that I was unable to get access and what popped up was something which requested username and password. On reading further I learnt that access was being denied to certain countries. I thereafter contacted Scottevest customer service and requested that I be removed from their email list if I could not obtain access. I was surprised to receive a response soon after my email offering to resolve the matter expeditiously. I had made up my mind to cease my purchase of all Scottevest products if I was not able to access its website. However, because of the quick response of Dom from Customer Service and his efficient follow up leading up to the eventual resolution of the matter I have decided to stay with Scottevest. After all they are the king of pockets! Thanks a lot to Dom!
I had a question (well several) about the measurements of a couple of vests. Ethan was ready to help and gave me several measurements to help me compare my older RFID vest to the Quest, which I was considering buying. Note to SCOTTeVEST: add me to the list of requests for petite sizing! I'm 4'11" and would love a vest that's a little shorter. (Turns out the Quest is longer than my current vest.) Ethan then took on my other question with aplomb. How do I wash my red RFID to stop color from transferring to light-colored clothing? Easy. He had the answer right away, and even found my original order from 4 years ago. Thanks for the great customer service. I'll buy the chambray shirt this weekend and maybe find a way to shorten my RFID vest.
