Late last night, I ordered a woman's SCOTTeVEST and forgot to use the promo code. That meant my vest cost was $100.00 instead of $30.00. I sent in an email a few minutes after the ordered went in, stating the mistake I had made and requesting that the Promo Code be applied and my cost adjusted to $70.00. Even though I received an email this morning advising that my order had already been shipped at the $100. rate, Ashe replied in an email today that my cost had been adjusted to reflect the Promo Code and that my cost would now be $70. instead of $100. That's what I call great customer service! Thank you, Ashe, and thank you, SCOTTeVEST!
I ordered the Sandy skirt and the Madeline Cardigan for a "Girl's Trip" to Las Vegas. I received a lot of compliments about the style, look (size) and feel of the fabric. So much so, that my travel companions intend to order from SCOTTeVEST, too! I received the products within 48 hours of my online order! Looking forward to ordering more products in the future!
The coat is as advertised but is heavier empty than I would have thought and the pocket for passport it a bit snug. Sizing is tight across chest but a bit large elsewhere. I am a tall XL mainly because of my shoulders and that was fine, as was sleeve length. Fabric good. Have just washed for first time.
The complaints I have are that the vest feels quite bulky with minimal load (cell phone, wallet). Sitting down with items in their proper pockets causes them to jab into my side, not comfortable! Also, the zippers often get caught in the interior lining while zipping and the zipper ends on the sip-away sleeves have a sharp part that scratches my underarm.
I wore my Chloe Glow Hoodie (I have two) every single day on a trip to Scotland this last month! My personal valuables were safely kept in the pockets with me at all times. I even carried my new iPad in the prescribed pocket! These jackets are a dream! They wash and resist fading and shrinkage; they are warm, yet breathable so are comfortable; and I appreciated not having to carry a secondary bag wherever I roamed. All in all, this Hoodie is the perfect travel companion when going overseas!Everyone I encountered were intrigued with this jacket! Be prepared for new customers!
