Excellent Chat service:Being able to chat online and not having to wait on hold or be able to connect with a customer service agent in a loud environment is perfect.I especially love how quickly you get your questions answered AND how the chat can follow you from window to window or to checkout if need be. Sarah was great to work with at SCOTTeVEST! She went above and beyond to find a jacket for me. I ordered a small pack it jacket and it didn't fit. When I initially called she informed me only M & XXXL were available. After trying on the small I knew I needed either a L or XL. She said she would keep an eye out. I was hoping for black or gray but I looked on line and saw a rust in large so I was going to settle for that color. When she called me back on my message about it she check the system and found me an XL in navy which was a much better color for me. Sarah was always pleasant and helpful and she made me happy with the outcome. Thanks Sarah!!!
