After some persistence…

After some persistence and mentioning potential legal action, I finally had my tariff changed. It's clear they prefer to overcharge until you escalate the situation. Hopefully, this resolves the issue, and I can expect a fairer price than what I was paying, especially since it was unaffordable to heat my home.
