I would have rated the young man even higher than 5 stars if I could. I was concerned that my account might have been compromised. After explaining my situation to the staff member, he promptly investigated and assured me that I had nothing to fear. The individual who unintentionally caused my anxiety was indeed an employee of the company, and I was reassured. He truly reflects well on your organization.
If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. Here we are once more! Following my previous review, another gas account has been opened in my name, claiming I just moved in and owe £455.92. This company is a complete joke and should be shut down. Their customer service is nonexistent. This marks the fifth gas account created under my name, despite the fact that I don’t even use their services. I've switched my electricity supplier due to their poor service. This needs to be resolved as this issue has persisted for over a year. I am also seeking legal advice. My frustration with the company is immense, and the management should seriously reconsider their approach, staff, and policies. I hope this holiday season is miserable for them while we continue to worry about debt collectors visiting our home. We owe nothing to them. Please resolve this!

Dishonest and untrustworthy service. Took £50 from me a month ago. My complaint handler has been untruthful, disorganized, and unresponsive, leaving me without heating and hot water while treating me poorly. Avoid this service unless you want to deal with deceit and mistreatment.
The sales representatives were overly aggressive and displayed unprofessional behavior. They scoffed and rolled their eyes when I simply requested to review the paperwork to understand the details. Additionally, there has been no communication from the main office.
In June, I consented to have a smart meter installed. What followed were multiple engineer visits, numerous phone calls, and significant delays. Finally, in mid-December, I was informed by the service that the installation would not be feasible due to network issues. This decision should have been made much sooner.
Would have rated it a 5 if the representatives from the service hadn't kept calling me from their database to ask if I wanted to join, highlighting some good deals. I'm already a customer. It took them three or four attempts before the calls finally stopped, despite their assurances that they had updated the systems.
Complete fraud. Customer support is untrustworthy and unhelpful. Over the last two years, they have taken nearly £600 from me on three separate occasions. It takes MONTHS to get your money back. They ignore emails, refuse to engage, and do not take accountability. They exploit vulnerable customers, leaving them without heating and hot water in freezing conditions. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHAMEFUL SERVICE.
