Frustrating Experience with Service Provider

I recently moved into a new property and attempted to switch to a more affordable supplier, only to be informed that I wasn't permitted to do so. I've never consented to their fees, nor is there a contract or any agreement in place. This company is outrageous, essentially robbing customers in plain sight. Social media clearly indicates that my situation is not unique. As a vulnerable and disabled individual, I have received no support or assistance, only threats from the service provider. Terrible experience!

Frustrating Experience with Refund Process

We have reached out multiple times about the refund issue and received so many conflicting answers that it became extremely frustrating. The customer service was lacking, and it was evident that no one could provide a helpful response. While we have a great relationship with the company, the way our refund situation has been handled has been disappointing.

A Frustrating Experience with Account Closure

I have been trying to finalize my electricity account after moving out, and this has become an ongoing nightmare lasting over three months. I was informed that I couldn't close my account because it was labeled as 'my landlord’s account' and was told to open a new account just to 'allocate the payments' before they could close it. Despite this, I'm now being asked to pay again for the entire duration I lived there, even though I've already settled the bill in full and provided my bank statements as proof multiple times. Customer support has been ineffective. Each time I reach out, I'm connected with a different representative, forcing me to explain the entire situation repeatedly, with no resolution in sight. To complicate matters, they even closed the incorrect account, leading to more confusion and delays. This should be a simple administrative task that takes days, not months. The lack of accountability, consistency, and competence is truly alarming. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this service unless you enjoy endless emails, repeated explanations, and being asked to pay for the same electricity twice.

Disappointing service and billing issues

Extremely frustrating. The service fails to send accurate bills, and the support team is unable to help with anything beyond basic inquiries. I've been attempting for 4 weeks to have my bills corrected, yet they continue to struggle with accuracy while still imposing late payment fees.
