To complicated to book for minors not havering with parents

The best price on line but I've booked insurance for 2 daughter both under 18 traveling with family friends too different places and they want me to sign in to different accounts? Why can't I, as the parent sign in as me and then cover my children! Far too complicated, to many emails to and fro. Wouldn't use them again even though they were slightly the cheapest.
