It was easy - I made the call, quote over the phone, agreed and paid by credit card. All this was locked down within 30 mins and the policy was then emailed to me

Comprehensive, Quick, Easy

The application on the website was easy to use and navigate. I do have existing health issues that increased the premium but I do understand that insurance is based on risk. Very prompt acceptance and issuing of the policy. I really liked the one page policy details and summary which I printed out and carried with me - that is just the ‘peace of mind’ thing.Didn’t need to claim at all on the policy, but based on the ease of obtaining Southern Cross will be my go to for future travel.
