I found SCTI to be less expensive than many other insurance companies. They were also very friendly & helpful when I had a query.. would certainly use them again for any travel insurance I may need.Thank you it was good to know I was in safe hands on my recent travels.
Really easy to complete online. Appreciate getting a membership discount as well. When I got our returning date wrong it was super easy to update the policy with helpful staff via email. Their repsonse was really prompt. We didn't have to claim on anything so cant comment on that side but appreciate the ease of taking out a policy, having a policy certificate on email to reference and email reminders about the upcoming trip.
