Absolutely the worst security company in Spain, which takes money and doesn't deliver anything. Only thing they can - your money, initial payments for thousands and monthly payments even when the system isn't working properly or several cameras are disconnected for MONTHS and they don't care at all!And their employee comes to you only once you stop to pay - and comes EVERY DAY, says his salary will be cut half "as you didn't pay", is mega super annoying!!! Calling every day, complaining to the wife, coming coming coming to the home without being invited EVER!AVOID ABSOLUTELY!Customer code: 10102250The did NOT ever respond!

I heard about Sector Alarm for the first time just a few weeks after we moved to Spain. The reason I decided to set an alarm was I was mostly alone with my son in a big house. Loris (the guy from the company) was very friendly, helpful and professional regarding the products, services and installation. He explained all the pros and cons (there aren't 😀)Also when we needed another alarm for our other property even though he had a lot of assignments, he managed to do the installation and offered a discount.The company and her staff are ready to go extra mile for their customers and to take extra care of them.
