This was a GREAT customer experience all the way through. You guys are super fast and responsive with your service and the top was the very personalized and amazing service from Jorge (not sure of his last name, my apologies :-( But overall, super happy with everything! And things are also working well with the solution.
Horrible customer service over the phone. If you call them for technical support and assistance, you will not get an immediate response, an answering machine in Spanish will talk to you even if you choose the option for English. Submit a request online and wait for a week or longer to get a response. And once you do good luck getting the help you need. The only good thing about this company is selling you the service after that may God be with you if you need help like technical service or cancelation requests or whatever you may need.
I have been a client of Sector Alarm for 2,5 years, and recently, I sent an email to them inquiring about how I can terminate my subscription since I feel I don't use the alarm enough. Subsequently, I was called over three days between 11:10 and 15:37. However, I was busy at work during those days and didn't answer the phone. I later received an SMS stating that they had called me, but since the SMS indicated that I couldn't reply, I couldn't inform them that I was at work. After those three days, I received an email stating that they had tried to contact me at various times, and since I hadn't responded to their email, I couldn't be allowed to terminate my subscription. I don't understand how a company can refuse customers the right to cancel their subscription and treat customers in this way. Really poor service!
