AVOID THIS COMPANY - they have zero customer service

After having reliability issues for years we cancelled our agreement. The problems then started as the company totally neglected requests to cancel and just tried to sell us a new contract. We eventually removed the system as they just would not respond to our requests to prove that we were under a time limited contract. We had a multi year agreement that expired in 2024 but Sector maintain that we are bound longer but have so far failed to send us proof of this claim despite us asking for this several times. They just keep billing and ignoring us. Horrendously bad service so I would strongly recommend people to avoid this company. We are honest individuals and we have only asked the company for proof that we are bound, but they fail to do this despite us sending our details that all expired in the summer of 2024.This is a typical case of "Its all good when it all works, but as soon as you have a problem then thats where you what kind of company you are dealing with" - based upon this we give the absolute lowest score possible

They’re only friendly as long as you pay and don’t bring up any issues. The moment you confront them about their lack of problem-solving or try to cancel the contract, they simply ignore you."

Urgent call

We had an urgent call as the system was not connected to the centre.The phone contact was very helpful and arranged for the engineer to call.The engineer arrived and fixed the problem and replaced all the batteries .

Emilio was very helpful and patient.. explaining all about what the system did & how it worked. He made it very easy. Didn’t try and put up cameras everywhere . The whole thing was explained, costed and done very quickly.

Everything great!!!!

Everything great. Juan came and installed it for us and it was a pleasant afternoon. We feel more secure now knowing we have the alarms installed with many door magnets and flash cameras
