The people who did the installation were enthusiastic and very friendly.All questions we had were answered in a friendly manner, also the contact with the main person via Whatapp was correct and very convenient. (to do the translation)The alarm itself, I can't say much about that yet because it has only just been installed, but everything works correctly and the cameras give a bit more confidence and a safe feeling.If I have to give a negative point.All contacts on the doors and windows should be in the same color as the windows and doors, now the contacts are all white and that gives a big contrast on black.

We have just had a full alarm installed in our house in Estepona, Spain. We give five stars for excellent service and help. We have received a very good system at a reasonable price. We have previously had other alarm systems that had certain shortcomings. The new system covers everything we need. Very nice technicians, we look forward to using Sector Alarm in the future.
After purchasing a house in Las Palmas, I terminated the existing alarm system with a different company and signed a contract with Sector Alarm. I did this because Sector Alarm was very responsive when I first contacted them, they were able to communicate with me in English, and because they called me on my non Spanish number while I was abroad. The system was installed yesterday. It was installed by Alex, who was a true joy to work with: clear and timely communication, flexible, very high level of English proficiency, very friendly and professional. For those who haven't had an alarm system in their home before (like me), keep in mind that it takes several hours for the system to be installed.
