Sembo ignores customers — extremely disappointed

I contacted Sembo three times with a simple request to change the date of my ticket. I received one reply from a representative named Birgitta, and after that — complete silence. My follow-up messages were completely ignored.This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. No support, no responsibility, just total disregard. It feels like once they receive your payment, they no longer care about you as a customer.I’m deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this company to anyone who expects to be heard and receive timely assistance.

SEMBO....YOU HAVE AN ANGEL

I have just had one helpful and good old days decent man called Chistoffer to guide me through an otherwise seemingly daunting task of changing my flight dates.In this modern world of technology and me being 68 years young and almost illiterate with keyboards and usually write emails with a pen then photograph them i felt comfortable in my naive logic that this person was here for ME ,to help ME.Thanks to him my faith in the travel business which began 50 years ago has been confimed as it was back then with real humans glad to help others achieve their dreams come true and to overcome any hiccups which crop up on the way.As an australian i just expressed it to him this way ....you are a bloody ripper of a bloke mate...as good a compliment as i know how to express from the heart..THANKS MATE

What I dislike

What I dislike. That I couldn't use my AMEX card. Siri helped me arrange seating in a good way. Thanks. In the main it worked very well.

Excellent Customer Service

I just want to make a point of saying thank you to Madellen who helped me with a Ferry/Hotel Booking I had to change. When her systems were running slow on my initial phone call she offered to take my request and contact me via email. I really appreciated being able to get on with my day rather than being asked to 'hold' indefinitely.Her subsequent email responses to my questions were quick. And her patience and understanding when my credit card payment blocked really put me at ease.My booking was for a business trip - important to me and costly had I not been able to change it. Madellen's professionalism despite not knowing that is a credit to Sembo.

I had the please of talking with Christoffer. Right from the start, he seemed very helpful.I was unsure of whether I needed to purchase the baggage. Even after I thought it wasn’t going to work, he called me back, and said that he had found what I was looking for.Their page looks a bit sketchy, but you’re able to talk with Scandinavians who are not just trying to have you buy things you don’t need.Thank you very much, Christoffer.

Best friendly service - no long waiting!

I was served by Christoffer and a month ago by one of his colleagues. From the beginning the service was very friendly. They knew immediately what I was talking about and could provide me very quickly with an email about the data I was missing and even some more information on my flight.There was even a little time for a joke! Great humor!My advice for callers: If YOU are friendly it makes it much easier for the service to be friendly too!Thanks a lot! :)

5 stars for Madellen!

Madellen gave such quick and kind response when me and my friends had some concerns about our trip. She took her time to really investigate the questions and make sure we didn't wait long for an answer, sending us updates. This made me feel very calm and secure that if something unexpected happens, Sembo is a company to trust and Madellen will do what she can to help. So thank you so much for this :)
