Fraud. Go for another service

Go for another service, avoid this one at all costs especially for international shipments. They will take your package and the payment, and then NOT carry out the shipment saying that it’s missing documentation, but what documentation is missing? That will be an unsolved mystery. This happened to me and they told me I need to to check with customs of my country regarding what is missing. Well I checked, and the customs told me the documentation I provided already was absolutely fine. Still this company kept insisting that some mystery document is missing and the package will be returned, but not the money I paid, because it’s my fault that some mystery document is missing and no one can tell me what it is. Smells of a fraud. Seems they’ve found a way to make easy money while the world is suffering from the consequences of COVID-19.

They kidnap your packages and ask for an extra payment to release the shipment (I paid $150 in advance and as soon as they had the merchandise, they forced me to pay $400 more to let the shipment go ahead).Be aware of them!Secuestran tu mercancía y te exigen un pago de más del doble del inicial (en mi caso pagué 135€ y me exigían otros 380€). Si no accedes a su extorsión nunca liberan la mercancía.Evitadlos!

We are a business they let you pay up front but the shipment company is not picking the shipment up. Sendiroo on the chat tells you then they come but they do not come you not even get an explanation as a company!!!!!!terrible service and chat service un polite they just break the chat off without any proper answer

if you want a permanent headache, hire this company

I used this company to find a courier for delivery from Spain to the UK. The Courier went to pick the parcel before the agreed time, urging the person in charge to give the parcel without labeling them as he had his own labels.As a result, I had to fight with the horrendous customer service of this company, they were not just ignoring all the messages I was sending, when I got to contact them, always using the chat, one of the guys was rude, cutting conversation before finishing. They demanded an address in Spain to deliver the parcel without giving the possibility of sending it to the UK, finally, I gave them a Spanish address, and I got 3 emails confirming me they will send it to the new address, not mentioning any extra charge, 2 weeks later, contacted them again after having no trace of my parcel, which haven't left by then the headquarters of the delivery company. I got an e-mail from them asking me for extra payments, after arguing and them recognizing a mistake on their side, I still got to pay extra as they have my parcel kidnapped. Finally, my parcel arrived one month later to a different country of the original one.AVOID

RIPOFF - don't waste your money with these buffoons

My shipment to the USA was damaged due to these clowns failing to include the destination state on the label.So USPS could not deliver it and it was eventually returned to me with the contents trashed. I had insurance but the claim process is hopeless. The part of the website where you make the claim is like something out of the seventies and so I sent them the documentation and photos in an email. Two months later when I ask for the status of my claim I am told I hadn't used their uselss website to eter the documents so my claim has been refused. They could have told me that two months ago so now I have lost 190 GB Pounds and of course the cost to have my property sent to the USA and back, being destoryed in the process.TOTAL RIP OFF. Incompetent, unhelpful and useless staff who are too idle to do their job properly.
