Although the products seem okay so far, there is awful customer response time, as well as the fact that there is misleading information on the website regarding their returns policy on products.Sizing measures are also way off, with no standard ring sizing - this lead to multiple ordering of rings to find the right size, only to discover I could not get a refund and only entitled to store credit.I would avoid at all costs!
Communication so far not great. I returned a ring almost 2 weeks ago - this time last week I sent an email asking whether the return was received. I got an email saying it had been and the replacement would be sent last Wednesday. On Weds I asked if I’d get a tracking number or an update & it’s been radio silence since, I’ve reached out over email (absolutely fine with a wait, just want to know what’s happening!) but nobody’s responded. Shame as product seems lovely! Just want to be kept in the loop.
