I bought two rings returned one ring because it didn't fit and I sent the ring back to there warehouse and they did not refund my $73.50 i file a dispute and i lost the case even though i showed proof of sending the package back to them through usps(Update its April 3, 2025)They said i have to cancel the chargeback and wait 15-20 business days for me to get my money back from February 26, 2025 and they lied I never got my money back don’t spend your hard earned money here
Ordered 4 items 12 days ago, and then a further 3 items three days later, the three items came within a few days. I’m still waiting for the original order. I have emailed three times, there seems to be an automated response (to the later order) even though I put in the original order number. Have tried the email address given with no response.
