Amazing Customer Service & Jourdan is the GOAT…

The customer service at Serge DeNime is simply excellent! I bought a ring for my son for Christmas and it was too small, his fault not mine, lots of stuff happens as it does between Christmas & the new year and I missed the return/exchange window… this wasn’t a problem at all for the customer service team… Jourdan in particular was amazing, they were happy for me to send the small ring back and happily exchanged it for one that would fit my son which arrived the next day!!First class service and my son is very very happy with his ring.. it’s “lit” apparently and he said Jourdan is the GOAT … all of which I believe is worthy of 5 Stars! We will 100% be buying again from SDN!!
