This is my 5th attempt at trying to…

This is my 5th attempt at trying to contact this company to tell them that my package has been lost in transit. It has not arrived. As per my countless emails and Facebook and Instagram messages. This company sent my package to the incorrect county office and there is nothing they say they can do to get it to me without the companies assistance. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication as I ordered this parcel on December 1st.

Items Missing - Being Ignored

It would be a 5 star review as the last 3 orders I’ve had with them have arrived on time and the quality of the jewellery is excellent. However, with the most recent order a package arrived lacking 50% of the order - the more expensive necklace.I’ve emailed them with pictures as they request and still nothing after 2 days. Not even an acknowledgment of my email. Really disappointed in the customer service with a company that has been great for me in the past.

Great gift for my best friend, it came packaged well in a bubble mailer and wrapped up in a bag meaning it was undamaged. He really likes the design and quality of the ring as well 👍

For the amount I paid I was expecting slightly nicer packaging, I had to go buy a box to put it in as it was a present.Ring did look lovely just slightly disappointed with it half- wrapped in tissue paper

I bought a ring as a gift 5 months ago

I ordered a ring from Serge DeNimes, but it was never delivered. Royal Mail confirmed they have no proof of delivery to any address, meaning the parcel was lost in transit. My building management and concierge also confirmed that no package under my name was received.Despite this, Serge DeNimes refuses to issue a refund, claiming the address was incomplete. While I didn’t include a flat number, my building has a concierge who collects all the building parcels and ensures they reach the correct recipient. If the package had actually been delivered, they would have been able to identify the intended recipient—but it never arrived. The company has provided no proof of where the package was supposedly delivered.Worse, they ignored multiple emails and only responded here after I left a public review. It’s clear that once they have your money, customer service is nonexistent. If anything goes wrong with your order, expect to be ghosted. I would not recommend buying from them.
