They advertise products that they don't…

They advertise products that they don't have. They say "same day shipping" then cancel the order 4 days later with no warning. Don't order from here if you need the part anytime soon, or ever.

Deceptive and poor service

Ordered cpu. Waited 5 business days and asked for update. Was told should be sending today (Friday) or Monday at latest. About an hour later I see my order is canceled and the cpu is listed on their site about $50 more. When I asked what was going on, was told my cpu failed in lab test. However, they have price match guarantee, and upped the price. Site also suggested they ship quickly. There is no way I should have had to contact them on the fifth business day of order for status.

Placed two orders and haven’t received…

Placed two orders and haven’t received either! The first was cancelled 3 weeks after placing the order with no explanation. I found out later they didn’t have the items in stock even thought they said they did. Recently placed another order to give them a second change. Confirmed through chat the items would ship this past Tuesday - and I paid for overnight. It’s now Saturday and it still hasn’t shipped and they have no update. This place is a scam.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a couple hard drives and during checkout there are several payment options. I clicked on digital wallet because I prefer to use Google Pay, expecting a popup to come up during checkout. Instead, the order just completed and gave me no way to pay. I got an email the next day saying the status of my order was changed to "missing payment" with no instructions on how to complete payment. I messaged them using the messaging feature in the app (twice!), no response at all. Found the support email and emailed them, no response. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, please don't ever shop here. I shouldn't have to beg to pay you.
