Review Time
If I could give zero stars I would. 2 front tyres replaced and an hour into the drive the pressure light comes on. One front tyre was on 17psi. The other? 70 PSI! could have caused a blowout and both tyres were leaking air as the pressure had damaged the valves. No apology when taking the car back just denial and reluctant help. Had to go back twice before they did anything (first time they lied and said they'd checked it) The other thing was tracking. Pulled to the right after tracking which was fine before. Also reluctant to adjust it but eventually put it right.Rude. Condescending. Unhelpful.Plus they can't even put air in a tyre. COME ON!AVOID these muppets.
Another disappointed customer. If I could leave 0 stars I would too. Took it in to Bexhill Road garage to check for starting issues and asked them to change the oil - the only place I could find to check at short notice so had to get it in as I was going away on a long road trip. Got it home, still had the issues and oil still black, gloopy and no change to level. Still also had the starting issues. Took it to another garage, oil changed - clear for at least a week following a when checked it was a completely different oil level. No starting issues!. I will never use SETyres again and would def not recommend. I disputed the bill and they just emailed me to say they believe the garage completed the task. Waste of time. Absolutely no customer service or value.
Rude staff and lack of professionalism, visited 25/02/2022 at 15:58 with 2 guys sitting around doing nothing and three in the back having a laugh, one tyre went down and asked them to fit a new one, guy told us he’s got too much to do and no staff when we could see them standing there, very rude and unhelpful considering the opening hours are until 5pm
Drayton/Portsmouth branch I can not thank them enough !!! My brake pad lights came on and I took them to a well know high street branch and they told me I needed them done and to book them in.. I drove for about another month and booked into sertyres, they managed to get me in last minute as I have a long drive at the weekend, said they would have a look see if it was pad and disks needed and let me know before they started, I had a call from them to say car was done, I was confused as to why they hadn’t called, the reply was you don’t need pads or disks the sensor had come unplugged .. I asked what I owed and the answer was cake… they really could have charged me a massive amount of money today and I would have never of known, I’m very suspicious of the other well know brand on the higher street that had already messed up my car by leaving the fuel cap off after a service.. and told me these brakes needed doing !!! Thank you so much for being honest and reliable setyres at Drayton .. I will recommend and be back for anything else needed .
Well i certainly would not use setyres in worthing or recommend. I had a slow puncture on my car 5 days ago & the warning light came on. My husband took it into the workshop & they said they found it & repaired it.He paid £25 & i went to use the car yesterday the first time since it was supposed to have been done & the warning light said again low tyre pressure, My husband went back to setyres & was told to come back in the afternoon as they were busy. He went back & was told they would be 20 minutes, 45 minutes later he was still standing waiting. He left & went to another tyre dealer who was extremely helpful & the tyre had not got a slow puncture it was the valve leaking. Why that could not have been found in the first place i do not know!!!
They did the MOT to my car and the driver window didn’t work after I picked it up so they broke it and didn’t tell me anything. I fixed it myself because was late and a bit rainy. I sent an email to the company head office the week after and I am still waiting for an answer. Very disappointed, I won’t come back there or to any of their branches
