Car taken to Setyres, Lancing Branch as a result of trye pressure warning. Checked, a report made that one tyre had a screw in it and another was perished both needed replacing (false), the remaining two tyres also perished but not as bad (false). The car is only a few years old and no way could tyres be perished, the puncture was repaired at Yeomans Main dealer. The remaining tyres OK. Setyres refused to even repond to my complaint. Disappointing that these false reports made. Never again!!
Excellent service. My car alert kept saying I need a new rear tyre. Took the car in and they could've stung me for a new tyre but they checked and said the tyre was still good. I used them once before and then they could've sold me a more expensive tyre but sold me one that was most cost effective for me. Also saw them advise a woman in an honest way about her tyres where they could've easily ripped her off. Guaranteed repeat custom from me. Even saw the manager going out of his way to defend a nearby shop owner from some troublesome kids today. Very friendly, helpful and above all honest staff.
Have been taking my old Honda for MoTs at Farlington branch for many years. Reception staff always polite and knowledgeable and contact me as soon as the test is complete so not hanging around all day.They have also carried out other work for me in the past which has been hassle free and competitively priced.I would definitely recommend the Farlington branch.
Went in to the Sevenoaks branch today to get tyres checked following advisory from MOT. Super helpful and friendly guys there not only recommended tyres at a decent price but noticed that my MOT garage had put a run-flat tyre on my car (totally unsuitable for my make and model). Long story short - refund from the other garage and SE Tyres sold me three tyres for not much more than I paid for ONE tyre at the other garage. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
had two tyres fitted at Sudbury branch where it was pointed out to me that the front OS spring was broken, this was not picked up by the MOT technician at another garage who mot`d my car 3 days earlier. It failed on front tyres and a broken rear spring. Returned the following day for all 4 springs to be replaced, they even gave me a lift into town and picked me up again when work was completed,very happy with the service I received went over and above what I expected.
