Review Time
I bought 2 new tires and fitted them up front, already on the first day I noticed that the steering wheel was shaking a bit on the highway, a few months have passed since then and I bought 2 new tires up front again in another garage. The driving characteristics of the car have completely changed, the steering wheel has stopped shaking! Epsom branch. Very grumpy chap who seemed to be in charge; seemed to need to moan about everything. Hey management team at SETyres, why not read the reviews and think a bit about how customers are treated? I just have and I'm not the first reviewer to make this comment. Will take my cash elsewhere next time, would rather spend it where the reception is at least pleasant and makes me feel that my custom (and cash) are welcome rather than an inconvenience.There's another tyre depot 200 yards up the road.... got to be worth a visit there next timeWhy would I trust a grumpy person to give me good advice and honest service?
Popped into the Portsmouth branch to sort my granddaughters Citroen car.she damaged the front wheel in a pothole.wheel was straightened and 2 new tyres fitted at a competitive price within an hour.she was well pleased to be back on the road so quickly.thanks
This is my second time to Setyres Hove, first to fix a puncture and today for an MOT.Thank you to Nathan and team for their efficient, professional and great guidance given. Previously used another Garage until recently due to poor service. Highly recommend the Hove team- Amazing!
Popped into today to have some tyres done. I don’t normally do reviews however I do believe in credit where credit is due. Twice lately I’ve been into Setyres Totton . You cannot fault the service they offer, Fast, Professional and very friendly and extremely helpful with information and advice. Unlike their near by competitors who I definitely won’t be using again in the future they could learn a lot from Setyres. Thanks again guys👍
SE Tyres EpsomRubbish Customer service. Very rude behaviour from the Reception Guy.Booked an appointment for tyres through Asda Tyres. Soon I've arrived the staff went there was a very long wait time. I then asked how long the waiting time was? The staff went. I can't tell you as they have to deal with their customers first, and then they will squeeze me in. I finally had my turn after over an hour wait. Overall, the whole experience was a nightmare. I will not recommend this Tyre Shop to anyone and Avoid this awful place if you can.
