I ordered for my wife as she always says the straps dig in. Anyway I did this by checking her size and ordering which was easy enough (even for a man ) the day of delivery came and I presented my gift to my wife which she was really happy about tried one on and I had ordered it a bit to big,so after a quick email and another parcel I got the perfect gift for my wife who absolutely loves the comfort. Big thank for the assistance with the order highly recommended especially for husband points.
Had some issues with sizing. Sucks I couldn’t return for full refund BUT their customer service was so great, they worked with me to get my items in the right size. I just had to pay shipping. Worth it, honestly. Better than paying all of that for nothing! Thanks yall!!
It may have taken a few months, but I finally was able to replace my bras. I ordered the wrong size after careful measurements, I was able to choose the correct size for replacement. Thank you to the customer service team for working with me
Absolutely awful ! I am extremely disappointed with Shapely. I never received the items I ordered, and the company kept giving me different stories every time I contacted them. One day they claimed my order had been delivered, the next day they said it was still on the way, and in the end I received absolutely nothing.I work hard for my money, and it’s unacceptable to be lied to repeatedly instead of being helped. Their customer service is unprofessional, unhelpful, and refuses to take responsibility. I genuinely wish I had checked the online reviews before ordering, because now I see that many other customers had the exact same bad experience.I have already contacted my bank to request a refund because Shapely failed to deliver my order and could not give me a clear or honest explanation. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and avoid the frustration
