Review Time
I had purchased the wrong bras on sale and by the time I realized it, I thought the sale was over and that I would have to pay double for my replacements. That was not the case, I was able to replace 1 for 1. And my new bras are fantastic.
In my limited interactions I was unknowingly signed up to their "club" where I had a credit card debit monthly for several months for nothing. It was very hard to unsubscribe. They are dishonest company with a complex baiting system resulting in you inadvertently signing up for small monthly credit card deductions. Unless you are paying close attention you end up handing over your money for nothing. Extricating yourself is difficult and there is no response when you request a refund for the money that has disappeared for the “membership” you never knowingly signed up for. Their communication systems are just bots who obviously have no interest in returning your money to you.
Very happy with the items I purchased from Shapermint, so pleased I placed a second order to have a variety. Love the cool comfortable strappy tops and strapless bra, which I never thought I’d find without falling down! and have now bought a t shirt too. Already thinking what I need to go with all my clothes!
Update - Shapermint made it right and allowed me to exchange my 2 items!! I purchased 2 open bust tanks and they did not fit and when I contacted Shapermint to exchange for a different size or product I was told it was a final sale. I definitely didn't know it was a final sale and I definitely didn't pay a final sale price! I will NEVER purchase from them again! They did not even try to make it right! Update they exchanged my 2 items!
I was not satisfied with one of the two products purchased. Their return and refund policy is absolutely terrible. I had difficulty reaching support. Their email communication is severely lacking and confusing. I was denied a refund. I was sent another product that I refused several times. I was a first time buyer and WILL NEVER order again. I did try to resolve it and I did return the product.
First and foremost this is the second time I have ordered and was signed up for a membership that I didn’t authorized and/or know about. It may have said something in the fine print, but this practice is very sleazy and totally unacceptable.
Secondly, the shipment had only one out of three items, but it said that the shipment was complete. I finally did get the other 2 items after an email exchange that took over a week resolve.
Third, the sizing didn’t really fit me. The XL was too big in the cups and the large was too small.
It is an amazing product. Saw it on FB then asked friends if its good they said it is, then i cant wait to try it. Ordered different stuff and i liked it then ordered again and again.i changed my stuff and replaced it with shapermint…been ordering since i started using it. Every week i have delivery since i really like this product!!! Worth recommending it!!!!
I need to return my order and it has been impossible to do so. I tried to return it online but the code given was only for one item. I tried to return the others and the website won't let me. It is impossible to speak with a real person and the Chat-bot has not been helpful. I really wanted to like this company but I can't.
A literal joke! I will never forget or forgive the HORRIBLE customer service this company provided! They will never refund your whole order even if you return the whole F***ING thing! It's a SCAM, BEWARE! If you order from them you will surely be disappointed and feel cheated! I never leave negative reviews for companies... but this one was completely UNACCEPTABLE! DESPICABLE even! It's been 8 months now and I'm still pissed! Never got my full refund despite them saying they did. They stopped responding to emails. I got charged in American despite being in Canada and then they only refunded me the amount in Canadian dollars which is MUCH less! You should be ashamed of yourselves! CANCEL THIS COMPANY!
