They lost my parcel because it was left on the street by the delivery company they use and despite the photographic evidence of this they refused to refund me the money. I am determined they will pay for this loss and more since it's a disgrace that they refuse to recognise evidence so clear like a picture. Some useless customer service person named Victori who claimed to talk English concluded she was not sure if it was lost or not despite the pic showing the flower bed in the street where the parcel was left and the reflection in the glass door or the street and cars. To order goods is so easy but on your website returning goods is always difficult. I have tried calling the customer service number to speak to a real human being. But get cut off. On recent returns Shein have deducted money from me. I placed an order for £96 then another for £45 in the same day. I am frustrated trying to get answers to how I can get a returns label re-sent. I have never had so much trouble with Shein and the reality is I won’t use Shein again in the near future. Also some of your clothes are becoming more expensive but still the quality is cheap
I do like shein and order many craft items. I order quite a lot really. But i don’t understand…how the price changes when you add it to your basket on many of my items. What does estimate price and actual price mean? Just a query but confused by it.
