Parcel was delivered and left on my doorstep the parcel went missing and shein have refused to issue my a refund they just keep saying that it shows the parcel as been delivered STAY AWAY ive closed my account and im £50 out of pocketUpdate to there reply below 8wks ive been contacting customer care all they do is open tickets and close them saying that the parcel as been delivered ive asked for an address i can send correspondence to for legal action they will not supply me one again stay away guys because if your parcel goes missing you will not get a refund
Returned an item and was told in the refund summery that a full refund would be given. Once they received the item, they decided to tell me it was part of a promotion so no refund would be given. No evidence of the promotion has been given and they have refused to return the product to me. Have sent over 200 emails and all they do is apologise for the inconvenience and tell me to reach out again if I still have questions. No reaction to the fact they've basically stolen my money. Avoid at all costs.
This large company provides no customer service to help when there are problems and it is impossible to contact an actual person.This mightn't be much of a problem when ordering cheap clothing but I would recommend anybody to think hard before ordering larger, more expensive items such as furniture.I bought a breakfast bar for my son at the end of August. When received, the item was so short that a stool could not fit underneath - the picture and description were clearly misleading.Acting on their instructions, the large item was returned to Rugby and the status on the order changed to 'processing return'. We have regularly tried to contact Shein through on-line chats and even by ringing the customer service number (which is cut-off with the words 'we recommend you contact us though other channels'!)It will soon be 3 months since we requested a refund and from my experience I would urge anybody to be very cautious if considering ordering a large item from Shein because if there are any problems you will not receive any help to recover a refund.
