I returned my items for a refund over a month ago going on two and I’m still waiting. Their customer service is extremely unreliable, you can’t get through on the phone, and there’s no proper chat support or timely response. Everything was smooth and efficient when they took my payment, but getting my refund has been a completely different story. Very disappointing experience.
I have honestly ordered from Shein so many times but this is the first time that I’ve had to deal with their customer service and it has been the worst experience. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, and because the delivery company would not write a statement that they lost my parcel. Shein refused to refund me. They kept showing me the same picture that the delivery driver took saying that it was delivered but the house that the delivery driver dropped my package off at is NOT my house. I showed customer service several pictures of what my house actually looks like and they refuse to do anything unless the company writes a statement. They kept giving me the same horrible scripted message. Truly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never be ordering from them again.
Parcel delivery with 14 items missing. And this useless company continues to verify that no items are missing. How is your customer tell you that they’ve only received 2 out of 16 items that was ordered. And all they can say is that no items are missing. They are not getting in contact with the courier company that have a contract with. They expect me to contact them, which have multiple time. Shein and Evri have continues to pass me back and forth for over a month now.The damaged package was delivered since 6/10/25 and I am still fighting this till date.The stress is getting too much.That reply is very pointless.I have been dealing with this for the past month. Shein is refusing to do anything, just pushing me to contact courier, which I have contacted by the way. Shein, do better.
I have been buying off Shein for about 12+ months. Overall the quality and service for an online shop has been good. So imagine my disappointment when 2 months ago my account was frozen due to " unusual activities " I have emailed them on a daily basis asking what that meant.. getting the standard apology email was frustrating as it gave no explanation. Also being told it was their computer system and they couldn't manually override it. I would have to wait on their computer to reverse this by itself... how ridiculous..seems computers are running Shein. But I continued emailing as now intrigued what the "unusual activities" was.I finally got some sort of reply today. It could have happened " TOO MANY ORDERS"" ABNORMAL PURCHASE BEHAVIOUR ""ABNORMAL SHIPPING ADDRESS"Seems that buying frequently is not approved by their computer..rather strange don't you think lolThe ABNORMAL SHIPPING ADDRESS is my home I give up!!UPDATEShein replied to this review asking I contact customer services Just proves my point that they don't read or understand my review which clearly states I've been emailing them for two months
I ordered about 14 items for £100 and they only sent 8. I complained multiple times but customer service keeps repeating that they packed everything and I should check my parcel again. I also asked my bank for a refund which I received but Shein said they think the charge was correct so I got charged again!! I ordered at the end of September and still haven't got my stuff or money.
Parcel was delivered and left on my doorstep the parcel went missing and shein have refused to issue my a refund they just keep saying that it shows the parcel as been delivered STAY AWAY ive closed my account and im £50 out of pocketUpdate to there reply below 8wks ive been contacting customer care all they do is open tickets and close them saying that the parcel as been delivered ive asked for an address i can send correspondence to for legal action they will not supply me one again stay away guys because if your parcel goes missing you will not get a refund
