They have accelerated delivery on Christmas dates, which is very appreciated. An excellent and exemplary team.
Ordered a T-shirt as a gift. Unfortunately the ordered could not be delivered within 10 days, although website announces that they will deliver between 2-5 days. It took sometime for customer service to reply to my enquiry ( I could not find a phone number on the website)In the end I had to cancel my order and make other arrangements, which was very disappointing.
I ordered six tshirts during their Black Friday sale. So my comments are based on one of their busiest periods.Tips:- if you see that you are getting too many orders, alert your customers on delays. Please manage expectations because I missed the window in which I could gift these altogether Tops:- When I reached out to your service desk, checking on my order, I received a prompt and clearly personalised response with clear information. I also received an offer for a full refund if I didn't want to wait longer (which I didn't take)- When my order arrived, not long after, one print on the wrong coloured tshirt. I contacted customer service again. Once again I received a prompt, clear and personalised response. And, with one picture of proof, I got a correct one sent to me at no extra cost. (Please give Anna a raise. I'm sure that Black Friday sales can cause a lot of mistakes and thus complaints and she was just amazing throughout it all)- With regards to print quality and price, I was very happy. With regards to the actual tshirts, I ordered for different body types and they were comfortable and all fit like a glove.Will definitely use them if I need prints again.
Very good quality of the product. It came a bit late, because of how busy the company was in that moment. My design came out the way I wanted to. Although online I couldn't get the text on the shirt smaller, so I had to go with big letters. Maybe change that in the future and make it possible. One last thing: The photos are very clear and sharply printed on the product, I am very surprised they turned out that good. Thank you.
