DO NOT USE REMOVE BG TOOL. Website is clearly laid out and quite easy to use. The t shirt arrived in good time and was well packaged. The quality of the shirt was ok. Not as good as Id hoped for the cost of it. The printing was ok. A bit faded looking but that might have been the image. A big flaw is the Background removal tool. It altered the size a single letter on my shirt. It was clearly wrong and I did not spot this as the image on screen when you sign off is too small. the company did not accept any responsibility for this when it was very clearly the fault of their software. The resulting customer service was not good.
Delivery was quick and easy but tshirt quality is just not there. The tshirt itself is not well cut. I ordered an L which is too small for me (usually no problem). The print quality is also bad, I was expecting it to seaminglessly integrate within the white background but it's not the case. I will not be wearing the tshirts at the event I bought them for and wasted 100euro. Edit: I got in touch with the customer support team who was very helpful. I am editing my review from 2 to 4.
