tl;dr "Trust me bro" certified. Amazing shop. Great, great quality at low prices. Even better customer support.You don't know what "Trust me bro" certified means? It means they've got you, no matter what. And I swear by my yet unborn first child that they gotcha! Also look it up. There's a great story behind this cool warranty slogan by LTT. Cool Shirtz proved themselves worthy of it.I ordered from cool.shirtz atleast a dozen of times already, ranging from individual clothes to very big packages with even some very nice jewelry ontop of it. Never once did the quality disappoint. Ordering has always been hassle-free. The order confirmation + tracking notice instantly right there in my mailbox. Shipping to Germany has also always been quick, sometimes under a week, sometimes a little bit longer, never having problems with customs even though I live on the other side of the world.One time I had some questions about a specific variant of a product before placing an order. Support was super fast, kind and the reply personalized to exactly my problem.I had a minor problem with an order once (totally my fault btw. The order was expensive too). After calling in via E-Mail, my problem was instantly resolved. No questions asked, I got a replacement order sent right away with 0 cost. I was even allowed to keep the old items, which were not cheap to either produce nor to send over to me. Just amazing and one of the best experiences with customer support in my life. They flat out denied me paying parts of the replacement! (Again: My fault, very expensive order) That's dedication to customer trust if you ask me.Lastly, the high merch quality and low prices are just insane. Even with shipping across half the globe + customs its just always a no-brainer to buy their new drops. My most favorite pieces, both design and quality wise are by cool.shirtz. I especially love their charming newsletter and free stickers with each order. I recommend all my friends to buy their merch or to get some when I intend to place an order anyway. I really love these clothes and the shopping experience. I can only recommend anyone to give them a try.

Best t-shirt and shop

I ordered a t-shirt with shipping to Hungary. It took exactly as much days as it was written on the website. The quality of the t-shirt is excellent. Also the packaging was very good, it can be seen that the company cares about the customers.

Cool Shirts Cool Support

They're always fast with deliveries and response times from support. In the 6 orders I've placed I only had one minor issue which Eloise quickly resolved and even compensated with a gift card! I look forward to ordering more.
