I have consistently had a positive experience with this site over the years. I've spent quite a bit on clothing and accessories, and every time, the items have shipped promptly, even considering international shipping. The value for money is excellent given the quality, and I often receive compliments on what I wear. I'm satisfied with every order and highly recommend this site—they've been consistently fantastic.
I've made several orders with this company, and they are simply incredible. The quality of their clothing is top-notch, the prices are reasonable, and the shipping to the UK is incredibly fast and affordable! My latest order encountered some issues, but it was not their fault; Royal Mail misdelivered my package and refused to acknowledge it or assist me, leaving me waiting for 5 weeks after the parcel had already reached their warehouse. I contacted the support team via email, and Georgia was amazing! She was friendly and quick to respond, managed to get them to take responsibility, and even sent me a replacement at no cost. I can't thank this company and Georgia enough, and I will definitely keep ordering from here, including some Christmas gifts for my friends so they can look as cool as I do! Shoutout to Max and Chad for the discount codes and awesome merchandise.
All the shirts boast amazing quality along with really cool designs. I had an issue with one print peeling, but after reaching out to support, they replaced the shirt without any hassle and even offered to cover import duties.
**I adjusted my rating to 3 stars after calming down and reflecting on the product quality. I've shopped here a few times without issues, but a recent incident highlighted some serious flaws. On September 5th, my debit card couldn’t make international purchases due to local laws, so I transferred money to my sister in the US and attempted to use her card. After several attempts, we finally used her credit card, which went through. By September 13th, I had received no notifications from the courier, and I discovered my order was canceled the day before without any communication. I opened a support ticket to inquire about the cancellation. Despite their stated response time, I received no reply for days. After several attempts to reach out, I eventually placed a new order using a different card, but one item was out of stock. Frustrated, I left a negative review. Support finally responded after I expressed my dissatisfaction, but their excuses about fraud detection seemed inadequate. Overall, the experience has left me feeling disregarded as a customer. I would caution anyone who is not in a first-world country to think twice before ordering, as any issues may leave you without support.
I ordered a set of keycaps from Cool Shirtz, and because of shipping issues and the item being stuck in customs, I never did receive the keycaps. This was majorly due to the tariffs and shipping issues in the US. I reached out about my item never arriving to the states, and Amy sent me a reply fast, and even sent the item back out for a second try. Never did receive the keycaps (which is a huge shame), but Amy and her team did the best they could to solve the issue and were incredibly kind throughout the process. If you order from the U.S., be warned about slow shipping/shipping issues, but the team is very responsive and kind.
The clothing is clearly made well, with thick, dense, soft fabric, the designs are solid and don't fall apart even when they're not embroidered, and the styles available are so interesting all the time-i splurge on a shirt a couple times a year, hehe. For what it is, these fantastic shirts are priced similarly to other online boutiques and imo are by far the best I've found at the $30-50 price point. Last month I had a bizarre hold up at US customs on one of the last shirts of a new style, so I reached out to customer service-they promptly responded and offered to send it out again with no cost to me, and if that didn't work out, they'd just refund my money! I'm grateful for customer service agents that you can get to and speak with with relative ease (rather unlike the increasing number of companies handing the job to the robot). I just can't get over these designs-so creative and campy and cute but with a real dark edge sometimes. One of my fave clothing shops on the Internet!(Seriously, I cannot emphasize enough how smooth and prompt the customer service process went. That might be the best part of my order, which is saying something considering how sick my shirt is lol)
