Review Time
I’ve been using Cool Shirtz for a long time now and every time I have, I’ve only ever received the highest quality of items and exactly what I was hoping to receive. Recently I ordered a Jacket and the sizing was wrong, I contacted customer support and had this issue sorted in no time at all thanks to Amy. Not only did she apologise profusely but assured me it would get sorted. After a few emails and photos, I’ve now been sent the size and been able to keep the defected item as a token of appreciation. Nowadays, brands customer service can be off or not even respond but this level of care for the customer is second to none. I’ll continue using Cool Shirtz as a brand themself they outshine the others but from this experience, it really has left a mark on why I used them in the first place. Thanks again for sorting it the way you guys have!:)
I've ordered stuff from them before but this time i had an issue with UK customs and my parcel was due to be sent back to Australia. However they were really helpful, just a great team and company. It wasn't sent back but even still they offered so much help during that time i thought it was.
There was a mix up with the sizes for the jumper I ordered for my son, but with Amy's help it has been sorted with minimal fuss or hassle.The customer service is excellent and the jumper is incredible, soft and a fabulous colour.I am sure my son will be thrilled with his Christmas present!
I ordered 2 shirts from cool shirtz, and unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up with the order (I received a shirt in the wrong colour). However, when I contacted them about it, a lovely person named Amy sorted it out quickly and arranged for the correct shirt to head my way! They even let me keep the wrong colour shirt :pp overall, Amy at coolshirtz made a stressful situation very chill and easy, relaxing my mind immediately! The shirts that came look absolutely beautiful and the embroidery is beyond cool :33
Theyre pretty chill with missing items and refunding incorrect shipping costs.I was missing an item and Amy from Coolshirtz was very helpful. Auspost said I would have had to give in the entire parcel to start an investigation. Who knows how long that wouldve taken and if they lost my stuff id just get a "sorry".Thanks again Coolshirtz xx
