I love all the products I have purchased from cool shirtz but specifically the desk mat has me amazed. I use this desk mat everyday for work and this morning knocked my entire hot tea onto it. Not only is this thing water resistant but it didn’t stain even a dot!! Can’t recommend this desk mat enough! Especially for the clumsy people out there like me!
First order and no complaints from me.Put in the order for some shirts, two days later the order was on it's way and it arrived about 10 days after that, which was all faster than expected.I did not choose the express delivery option and had no trouble with german customs holding up the package.I paid the customs fee upon delivery. The shirts fit perfectly and are very comfortable to wear.
amazing i’ve spent over 2 grand here and every item has been perfect and amazing quality. the one time there was a mix up with my order it was resolved so quickly which is impressive since they’re sending stuff to me from aus while i’m in the uk. my only complaint would be that they don’t make enough stuff like i’m always looking for new drops from them anything i can get my hands on from socks to denim jackets to jewellery to hats to of course cool shirts
Ordered a t-shirt and a necklace placed two months ago. The necklace is very beautiful and durable over time, and it is of very good quality. However, the t-shirt is another story, and after only two washes at 30° (as indicated on the label), it is now much too small to be worn as when it arrived. So a little disappointed with the price paid for a product that I have only worn twice.
I LOVE CoolShirtz!It all started 2 years ago when I stole my boyfriend's Very Cool Corporate turtleneck. I loved it so much I got ahold of my own earlier this year and got hooked. So when the PlayCool dungarees came out this year, I of course had to have them. Who doesn't want to be covered in ducks and rockets with a pizza slice in your back pocket? Best decision I have ever made. They are not only comfortable but autism-friendly approved by myself! They don't touch me anywhere uncomfortable and I practically live in them. Not only do people stop me in the street asking where I got them and obsess over them, I've been scouted for two jobs and was hired on the spot for the second job because they said the dungarees represented my enthusiastic personality perfectly! It's a no brainer! Get them for yourself!
It's kinda long but if you don't live in Australia, worth reading I suppose. I wish that I could give them more stars because I love Cold Ones (I've watched Max and Chad since the beginning of their puking journey) and their clothing is awesome, but I was pretty disappointed with the Customer Service. I live in the U.S. and I never got my shirts or sweater - which aren't cheap - because my items were stolen. Over seas items still go in plastic bags, which easily can be ripped open. There's absolutely no accountability. I reached out their CS and told them what happened, asked what could be done, could I get a refund or a discount or items, etc. I even told them I was willing to buy items again if they could put it in a box instead, ha. Then I went back to the CS page and saw at the very bottom (sadly) that if things were stolen and out of the country, that I had to report it to my service in the states and they weren't going to refund me or do anything about So I sent Cool Shirtz another message back and said my apologies, I didn't scroll all the way down, etc. I understand you can't help unfortunately. I didn't even get a reply back from someone acknowledging that this even happened to me. I've worked in Customer Service pretty much my entire career and if someone sent me anything with an issue with the product of any kind, I would respond regardless. At least my condolences for the incident and the inability to get their product. Maybe instructions of what to do next? I spent roughly 200 dollars that I was SO excited to get. I would say that this warrants something... at all... And that money (that I was supporting a smaller company with) was wasted because I didn't get a refund and the USPS is definitely not going to give me any money back. They could respond to the USPS inquiry about my items and report it, but don't seem to care about the customer who had the issue in the first place. My experience was ruined, thus I'll never buy here again. Bad cs. I suggest that if you are out of the country, don't do it. There's no protection of your items and the struggle of having to deal with your post office isn't worth it. And of course, you won't be recognized for the unfortunate circumstance, which honestly is really sad after reading all the other comments about their awesome clothing and service. Wish I had my Death sweater and cute cat with a hurt tummy shirt. :(
Great quality stuff. I got 2 t shirts and a hoodie and they came really quick. They were here within like 3 weeks which is impressive cause I live on the other side of the world from Melbourne. Anyways love the product people seem nice. 10 out of 10. Also use a promo code you can find them by just watching cold ones on YouTube
