ordered a shirt, hoodie, desk mat, and water bottle.- Desk mat was high quality, with bright colours, and is just v pretty- Hoodie and tshirt were made with good quality fabric, the designs printed on them were done well, no imperfections that i could see and were comfy :)- Water bottle came dented, but when I emailed the help desk about it they responded quickly and offered me the choice of either full store credit for the item or to send me a new, undamaged one. I opted for just replacing it, and they attached a new order number so i could track the replacement bottleThe person that I spoke to was v nice and cool :) would recommend, thanku Eloise <3
I’ve bought several products from Cool Shirtz, and not all just cool shirts. The ease of use with their website and suppliers through the SHOP app was amazing. The quality of their products is great, and considering it’s shipping from Australia, it’s fairly fast and affordable compared to the overpriced garbage across internet rn. I had a small problem with a slight defect in one of the products I purchased, and within less than a day of me reaching out, I got a response. I had a great customer support representative reach out and work with me to get a replacement. I’m very relieved that there are still people out there that can provide a good online shopping experience. Thank you Eloise and to the Cool Shirtz team for making this business what it is. I have made four purchases from this company but the way I saw this company changed with my fourth purchase. I had bought a limited time hoodie. I unfortunately ordered it in the wrong size. I E-mailed customer support and waited for them to get back to me. I eventually got my correct size with the secondary purchase. I was also refunded my money for the incorrect sized hoodie. The process was easy and stress free. The customer support was very nice and gave me plenty of options on what to do. I love the quality of the tee's and hoodie that I have and I have not had a bad experience with this company.
Second time buying from Cool Shirtz, this time buying the Game Over Knit (the first was the Happy Ending Hoodie) so this is a review of both.Both times purchasing from these guys were smooth and fast, they are quick in shipping items, and Australia Post got them to me faster than I expect every time (from the UK).The quality for the price you pay is above and beyond, ignoring postage because CS don't set those prices, ~£45 as the average price is a steal, and I have received far worse items for far higher prices from big name "luxury" brands. It's clear that quality is a governing factor for the brand.The Game Over Knit is warm and heavyweight, with quality machine knit, mass produced knit tends to have subpar stitching and lining but not here. The design is knitted in and clear in details. The fit for a 3XL is wider than it is long which isn't always what I like but here looks and fits great.The Happy Ending Hoodie I've had for just over a year and I have not looked after it as well as I should have, but that being said, the only sign of wear and tear on it is the patches have frayed here and there (which is utterly my fault for not washing it the way they suggest). The printed parts of the hoodie have not flaked, cracked or washed out and look just as good as when I first got it.I haven't experienced their customer service because they haven't given me a reason to complain or enquire more.Their dedication to a joke or the brands image makes Cool Shirtz stand out from other smaller streetwear bands.I am astonished that Cool Shirtz can provide such high quality clothing, for the price they ask for. I genuinely wish they did a line of basics as well because I would front the cost of shipping just once to get a hoard of quality jumpers and trousers.
I’ve ordered from cool shirtz multiple times, and it’s always been fast and correct. But this last time they accidentally sent the wrong shirt. I contacted them, and they sent me the right shirt and let me keep the other one! The response was prompt and the order correction was instant! Great company. 10/10 great job

Probably the best support I’ve ever gotten. They gave me 50% credit for 3 items I ordered AGES ago purely as I enquired about inconsistent sizing for a new order I was going to place. No hassle. Super easy and new clothes ordered for only £15 using my credit. Now that’s pretty cool.
I received the wrong package but customer service was very helpful and kind and it was resolved very quickly. Shipping went without issue. I ordered a pair of joggers, they are made out of thick fleece and look like they will last a long time. The embroidered detailing and hardware are high quality, you can tell a lot of care goes into them. I Would happily order again!
