neon sign

im a big fan of cold ones and i was very disappointed when i received my neon 'too cool' sign, i dont blame how long the shipping because i was willing to wait, i orded it on the 27th of july 2021 and it arrived on the 23rd of septemeber 2021. the shipping isnt what i was upset about, it was the sign, the colours look nothing like how they do on the photos and i paid $269 for it, you can see the poor glueing on the back and i understand its an led neon sign but its led more than neon, when it lights its practially all white and really bright and peircing, the wires are exposed too much without even trying to hide. i was so exicted about this and now im just upset and dissapointed.-riley

Customs charge

After spending £227 on clothing ,£28 for delivery,only two items arrived. The other parcel then had a customs charge of £53. I got told from cool shirtz it’s nothing to do with them. I’d have to wait for it to be sent back and get a refund. Surely they think of these things when doing postage. Not happy at all.
