We buy the calender each year and have bought several posters and Tshirts too. This year we bought the calender and a poster for a gift and another for ourselves. They are well made products, high quality and are very well packaged for shipping.

Some products arrived damaged last year and this year (separate orders, one year apart). And we ordered a glow in the dark poster that does not glow. We always got quick replies to our requests for replacements/refund and the service was always very good. Only the replacement of the glow in the dark poster also did not glow…

This is a good way to support Kurzgesagt and I like supporting them. I would have some ideas what items to add to their shop to buy. Also, I found the quality of their products varied, for example their T-shirts, so I recommend putting more focus on the quality of products to make them last.
Wrong clothes measures in the online store, partial refunds when the items are returned and return shipment paid fully by the customer. Customer support sparse, lacking understanding and acceptance when the company does things wrong. DO NOT BUY HERE.
when I order I know that it is safely going to arrive with no issues.I would like Kurzgesagt to make more books like one on the Immune system, (I have two and the audio book as well) they are good reads, maybe books on 5-6 Kurzgesagt videos which are related?
