Bought some products during the clearance sale, thus much more affordable than usually - love their products, bought once before and if on sale, will gladly buy again. Shopping experience is fine, delivery also worked ok (although I would have preferred if the free shipping also worked with DHL or at least just paying the difference (i.e. DPD usually costs like 6-7? and DHL 8). But this time it worked fine, but I made bad experiences with DPD in the past.
I was very much looking forward to getting myself some of their posters after new years eve. I ordered 4 posters on the 3rd of January and they said it would ship out in 3-5 days. Well it didn't, it shipped out on the 12th of January, and for the first 2 days FedEx (the courier they used) didn't even pick it up. On the 14th it was finally picked up and delivered to me (Finland) on the 17th. However, they already actually "tried" to deliver it to me on the 16th. However it is well known that in Finland courier services give 0 f***s about delivering it to your home and just say they tried, when they don't, and just deliver it to a pickup point nearby.As a summary I am really disappointed in the delivery services after paying a lot for the delivery, and having some posters delivered from Germany to Finland in 14 days.Edit: Changed my review down to 2 stars because the posters actually came with their edges slightly damaged, which at this price point is unacceptable. Edit 2: Forgot to edit a while ago, but I reached out to Kurgezagts customer support and they were very hasty in refunding a small amount of my order of the posters affected. They were fast and professional which I really appreciated, so I will change my review to 4 stars.
got bought the Earth hoodie for Christmas and the quality of the fabric itself feels super nice but unfortunately the stitching and sizing are not.the first hoodie we got was 2XL and was more like an XL, and when placing my hand in the pocket for the first time the stitching ripped slightly. it was returned at our expense (£15) as my girlfriend didn't tell them about the rip and only that the size was wrong which was our mistake. this was returned sometime between Boxing Day and new years, and a new hoodie was ordered straight away.The second hoodie arrived on the 9th of January which is a good delivery time, especially during the holidays and is within what is stated on their website, after ordering a size up the hoodie fitted okay, still a bit snug but okay. unfortunately, this one's pocket was even worse, I had already expected that the pocket might rip again so I put my hand inside and it ripped immediately with not much force at all.the fact that we have had the same pocket rip with 2 hoodies that are different sizes leads me to believe this is a widespread problem.their support seems to have improved massively looking at some other reviews on here they did reply within the hour and have done a full refund on the second hoodie without asking for a return, although I can't comment on whether shipping would also have been refunded as we bought a couple of other things with the second hoodie and qualified for free shippingoverall it's a real shame because their YouTube channel and the quality of their posters and calendars are amazing.
I ordered my 12,025 calendar on 15th December, 2024, and received an email telling me my order will leave the warehouse in 5-7 business days because of the holiday season, which I was fine with. I didn't receive any follow-up information until 6th January, 2025 however, and it was an email notifying me that my order had just been shipped. So, I am very unhappy with the long time it took to ship.Below is just my personal anecdote, maybe I had some fault in this for not ordering a few days earlier, but it did result in my merch being stuck at my friend's house and me not being able to obtain it.When I ordered the calendar, I saw the website say something like, "order before 12th to receive it before Christmas!". I ordered mine on 15th December, thinking I could collect it when I was visiting my friend's house in Germany over New Years'. (Much cheaper delivery fees to Germany) Turns out, the package arrived on 8th January when I had already flew out of Germany on 6th January. So, unfortunate logistics problem, maybe it was partly my fault, but the delay in shipping definitely did hurt me a lot.
I bought a package but it didn't arrive due to problems with the carrier (DPD). I made contact with DPD, but they said they couldn't do anything and to contact the sender. I did and got a very quick response. Within 30 minutes from my first e-mail, and 4 e-mails later a new product was on its way free of any additional charge. Very friendly customer service.
