Never again! Warning - if something goes wrong they hide in silence! I ordered ONE poster 11 days ago. I paid for the order and Kurzgesagt Shop confirmed it, adding there was a mail coming as soon as the shipment had left the warehouse. We are 11 days in the future and still no mail, no contact, no answer from Kurzgesagt Shop! Very very dissatisfied!
ordered 4 posters and they came very quick (about 5 days) - they are very high quality. I enjoy Kurzgesagt a lot, but I have to say that their shop is broken atm. you can't scroll on the site... I had to keep updating the page to scroll. I've been on their site before and this wasn't a problem then´, so not sure what happend. Hopefully they fix it soon.would have given 5 stars, but the problem with the site bumped it down.
Terrible shopping experience - AVOID IT if you canOrdered calendars and other small stuff on December 3. I did not expect it to be shipped during the holiday season of course, that would be too much to expect even in normal times but I was hopeful. Since they promise processing orders in 5 days, I have contacted them end of December. It took like 5 days for them to get back to me and they said I had to wait end of December for shipping. I received a shipping notification on January 3. They are using a postal service called "mail innovations" which does not provide tracking information, I have contacted them on January 29 and they said I need to wait a bit more. And on February 8 I am still waiting to hear anything about my package - 9 weeks after my order. Contacting them again does not even give you the automatic response anymore that they will get back to you in 7-10 business days (which is laughingstock in itself)... So I am now left in the dark. No package, no tracking information, money already taken...Even if you are a very adamant fan of kurzgesagt, you should avoid ordering anything here (this is a service provided by DFTBA records, and not by the people creating the kurzgesagt content).
The website is unusable. It is very slow and gets stuck at each page. How do these people make money (probably YouTube views) but if you are filling your videos with buy this buy that at least make it possible to do so. Now that I read other people reviews apparently shipping and customer service is bad too. If you guys are too busy making videos get a subcontractor to sell your merch. You will still get some money and have better reviews and happy customers. Now I need to go check amazon for bad posters.
Ordered from them in November making sure that every item was in stock. At the end of December I asked for a refund as the package had not yet been sent.I'm still waiting for my money...Right now their service is just a scam. You have more chances to get something back for your money replying to the emails of that rich African prince.
I placed my order on the 26th of October. The webpage said that it could take up to 10 business days to be shipped. However, I didn't receive the confirmation email stating that my order had been shipped until the 18th of November... Way after the expected 10 working days and it wasn't even peak season! It was October!In that same email it said that I might have to wait up until 4 weeks for my parcel to get to Spain (which is way too long considering the whole process was within the EU, but ok). Well, despide all that, I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't because today (29th of December and more than two months after I paid for my order) my parcel hasn't arrived yet and, at this point, I've lost all hope that it ever will. Obviously, I've also written to customer service several times more than 8 working days ago with no answer. This has been by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I never expected such an unprofessional behaviour from Kurzgesagt. If they aren't capable of managing an online store, why creating one in the first place? At this point I just hope that I get my money back...
I ordered a 12022 calendar as a christmas gift TWO months ago (15 october). I thought I was exaggerating, but better be sure than sorry... I were wrong, 2 months was not enough!I haven't received my order yet, I tried to get in touch with the costumer service and after 8 days: no answer.I tried to contact the shipment company (pocztex) directly, but it seems they can handle only domestic orders (the phone number dedicated to "foreigner landlines" is in Polish only and the "contact form" doesn't even consider a country other than Poland).Now I'm forced to find another gift, but at least I can warn other people who like me love this youtube channel: don't buy merch until things have improved!
I have placed my order on December 4th and needed my order by Christmas December 25th. Did not get tracking number within 10 days. I have reached out to Customer service, they respond in 3 days saying that it is taking more time to be shipped that usual, I politely asked them send the order asap that I can get it by Christmas, but they said that I need to pay ADDITIONAL $27 SHIPPING FEE!!! I responded that I will not pay additional fee because of their mistake. They responded: "then you just not going to get your order by Christmas". I was shocked by such a horrible customer service. But it was important gift for my friend so I agreed to pay extra to get my order faster. As soon as I said that I'm ready to pay extra $27 they responded immediately and charged additional fee. It is been 3 days since then they did not respond, nor send tracking number. I'm surprised how this great YouTube channel has such a horrible Merch team.
Ordered on the 26th Nov and it shipped on the 6th Dec. Within the 10 business days as they state. Got delivered on the 18th, which is pretty good considering I live in the only nation ever to vote to impose trading sanctions on itself. Meaning there was a chance of import taxes, and now being outside the EU, the orders can take up to 6 weeks (standard shipping times for small to medium businesses). I didn't have to pay any import taxes and in total it only took 22 days. I didn't get a tracking number because I paid for standard shipping. This is explained when you order.It's a Christmas gift for a friend so great it arrived now, packaging was fine and the bonus feeling of supporting a channel I've binged watched many a time is pretty cool.
