The order was delivered in a timely manner, but unfortunately the size didn't fit me so I initiated a refund.Apparently there's no return label or easy way to return it. So you'll have to arrange it yourself with a delivery company which is 3x the price of the original freight cost.Seems very questionable to not have a better refund service when selling clothes
Scam: Do not buy from kurzgesagt, never got my package, no support or even an info eitherGerman:Kurzgesagt Shop = Scam Shop. Habe schon letztes Jahr im Dezember bestellt, aber Paket kam nie an. Wenn ich die Kommentare hier so lese, passiert das ja immer wieder mit genau dem selben Muster wie bei mir auch. Mehrmals den Support angeschrieben, bis es dann endlich mal (4 Wochen später) eine Antwort gab und nach 3 Mails, sagte Kurzgesagt, dass sie nichts machen können und mein Paket als auch das Geld (knapp 60€ mit Versand) einfach weg ist. Ich habe keinen Grund bekommen was überhaupt passiert ist oder wieso mein Paket nicht angekommen ist oder wo es sich befindet. Support schreibt mir zwar "bei Fragen melden Sie sich bei mir" aber antwortet seitdem auch nicht mehr. Das ganze geht nun bald 7 Monate ohne ein Paket oder irgendwelche Infos. Vom Support kam auch kein Angebot, die Kosten oder einen Teil der Kosten zu übernehmen oder mir einen neuen Kalender zuzuschicken. Es ist einfach ein Scam Shop, die machen ihr Geld indem Kunden betrogen werden und dann kommt nichts mehr vom Support zurück.Channel deabonniert. Nie wieder supporte ich kurzgesagt bei irgendwas - selbst schuld, wenn euch die Kunden nichts wert sind.Ich kann nur wirklich jedem ans Herz legen, hier nicht einzukaufen.English:In short, shop = scam shop. I ordered last year in December, but the parcel never arrived. When I read the comments here, it happens again and again with exactly the same pattern as mine. I wrote to support several times until I finally got an answer (4 weeks later) and after 3 emails, they said in short that they couldn't do anything and that my parcel and the money (almost 60€ with shipping) was simply gone. I didn't get any reason as to what had happened or why my parcel hadn't arrived or where it was. Support wrote to me ‘if you have any questions, please contact me’ but has not replied since. The whole thing has now been going on for almost 7 months without a parcel or any information. Support has also not offered to cover the costs or part of the costs or to send me a new calendar. It's just a scam shop, they make their money by cheating customers and then nothing comes back from support.Unsubscribed from the channel. In short, I'll never support you again for anything - it's your own fault if you don't value your customers.I can only recommend everyone not to shop here.
I ordered 4 months ago still didn’t receive I am very upset by this as I really want the poster I have emailed numerous times and I don’t know what else to doAbout a few days after writing this review they gave me a full refund so I was happy with that but now idk if I should order again
I ordered a poster on December 28. It was shipped from Netherland to Luxembourg. By February I saw that the item had been returned to sender. There was no errors in my address, I re-confirmed it and they sent the item again. Now it March 16 and I found out that other time around my order has been returned back to the sender. I requested my money back after almost 3 months of waiting. Now I wonder if this is some sort of scam...
Ordered a calender late December.After 1.5 months I did not receive it so I reached out. They told me they sent it again.1.5 months after that I did not receive that one either.Got only a partial refund. Had to pay 8,68 euros in shipping for something that never arrived.Paying 8,68 euros for waiting for 3 months for nothing is nothing short of a scam and should be illegal.Do not ever buy anything from them.
Don’t buy them anything. I bought a poster and after two claims in Two months it did not arrive. They returned the cost but deducted 9€ for the transport. Why? I am not responsible of the transportation companies they work. They are a disaster.
So. I ordered a calendar for this year and it never arrived so I talked to their support and they sent me a replacement which also never arrived. At that point i just gave up. Last year i also ordered a calendar and i actually got the second one they sent me. The year before that, the same thing happened, i got the second one. Never ordering from them again.
Do not buy from this business!! I never received my package, despite the calendar being sent twice. It got lost twice, apparently. I live two countries away from where it’s sent from, yet three months later there’s nothing. Kurzgesagt used to be good, but it seems they don’t care about their customers anymore. A real shame.
