My Husband is a massive kurzgesagt fan, so naturally I got him something for christmas. Everything arrived amazingly and on time.Love the poster quality and its imprints and the clothing quality is amazing. Its his new favorite hoodie. 10/10 would do again!

My item hasn't arrived in a specified timeframe including extra buffer time. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son, which Kurtzgesagt hasn't even posted yet. I only found out because I enquired with customer services, otherwise no updates were given. It is disappointing for a store who charges a lot for their products and shipping, but doesn't deliver the equivalent value or service for the money. I probably won't buy from there again.
I liked the customer support. Unfortunately my order was damaged, and I got send a replacement that was damaged aswell. The third poster that was send, was also damaged but less then before... So I gave up on trying. Taking photo's and sending mails took some time, and unfortunately the end result is still not perfect. I just don't understand how it could happen. But I love the designs, but maybe I wait a bit until ordering and again. But I will support in the future!
