Review Time
Unfortunately having to give a negative review. Dispatch times are not great & the companies communication is pretty poor. Some of the cage pieces actually came with scratches/markings but being that I needed them for my baby piggies I didn’t want to have to try contact for a refund/exchange and have to wait weeks for it to be fixed. I won’t be shopping here again. Such a shame. Perhaps hiring more staff and ensuring orders are actually dispatched on time instead of spending the time making social media posts and releasing new things before even making sure customers waiting are satisfied - would be beneficial.
I've ordered on a few separate occasions from Guinea Pigs Australian now and it's always been a easy and smooth process.
