I am extremely upset,I ordered an outfit in January and still have not received it,contact ultramodern several times,and was told you have blocked them access. Very annoyed and upset,and don't need this as I have four little children,and that outfit was supposed to be for my daughter first birthday.
Messy interface and complex to set up. By the time you get all the plugins you need to build a functioning site, it turns out to be significantly cheaper to get a professional to build a Wordpress/Woocommerce site.
I bought goods from Worthop, a shop supported by Shopify. They sent a 5USD bag instead of the 36.98USD goods I've ordered, and offered a 60% refund WHEN they were in receipt of the shoddy bag they sent. I'd rather have given the money to charity!! I feel robbed and absolutely disgusted a company like this would be supported by Shopify!! Shame on you all
So far my experience with shopify has been brilliant, setting up entire shopify shop with all integrations have been extremely challenging, but shopify support + shopify youtube tutorials really made this so much easier! Shopify support team is the loveliest and the most helpful out of all, they will go miles out of their way to help you! I am yet to actually use the platform but with a team like that i fear no obstacles!
I’m so broken hearted with Shopify been on this platform for. 2 years trying to build my business and no it’s not a Dropship store I’ve worked my soul off. To build my company and now it’s. Starting to make money Shopify lack support and commitment I had my first big sale £8k and Shopify contact me the day before payouts. And say they have blocked it because of high risk I provided every documentation and the customer even signed a declaration proving proof the payment is Valid Shopify still say no tell me to refund the customer it’s been 3 weeks the. Customer had not received there refund Shopify have held. The money and are gaining interest my advice to all of you suffering to get your money out of. Shopify take them to court as I’m now doing don’t let them get away with it it’s against the law and I’ve researched this company where not the only legal suit going again Shopify they are beyond a disgrace and after now my business is suffering
Recently got scammed by one of their “trusted” Shopify sellers/ stores. Sent them all the evidence required and tried to get my money back because the seller wasn’t responding!!! Nothing. Not one reply. It’s been months. AVOID SHOPIFY AT ALL COSTS!!!
I am not stupid, but Shopify is way too complicated. When I sought out support from their experts I was quoted more for ‘some help’ than it would cost me to get someone to set up and design a fully operational e-commerce website. So I don’t really get why anyone would use them. I found another solution that was amazingly easy to use and free. When my business grows I will just pay someone to set up something for me. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get to grips with it and I set up the alternative in 30 minutes. Not intuitive unless you are EXTREMELY tech savvy.
